Download AppEx Bandwidth Controller (ABC)

When there are multiple network interfaces, ABC picks only one active interface to manage. By default it does this automatically, in the order of: 3G wireless connections, Ethernet, WiFi, and virtual connection/VPN. Users can override this by manually specify the orders of interface selection in the Configurations dialog box. Whenever a network interface becomes active or inactive, ABC will re-evaluate the active interface list and choose the right one based on the automatic order or the user's if it is configured. Only the applications that have traffic flowing through the ABC managed network interface will be shown in the bandwidth list GUI.
